Those delta fans draw 3.5 to 4 watts of power, and _most_ mobo's fan headers can only take 3.6 watts (0.3A). I've fried a MSI and a Tyan mobo using the fan headers with my delta fans. This is why those delta fans come with a header switch. Slate
