I think the move just looks worse here, than it is actually. Tiger calculates from the beginning, that he can free the bishop by the maneuvre a2-a4-a5. So it's not the simple bishop cageing problem (1.Bxa7 b6 2.a4 Kd7 3.a5 Kc6 4.axb6 cxb6 [4...Kb7 5.bxc7] 5.Bb8 etc.).
