Subject: How to handle HUGE volumes of people here during Kramnik vs. Fritz

Author: Jonathan Lee

This event on October 2001 is something like the man on the moon, or maybe Y2K,
and/or Kasparov vs. the world hosted by Microsoft a couple of years ago.
This message board will be tied up due to instantaneous messages through cable
television, newspaper, and other media.
There will be submit buttons (or "post message" said below) pressed for every
move Kramnik and Fritz make.
I'd like to see redundant websites to overcome this frenzy.
The first couple of days should be intense anticipation; I'd like to see
webmasters being prepared for what's to come.
Of course I could wait patiently November 2001, but please let's make this an
enjoyable experience.
