Mr. Moreland,

I actually am Bob Green, and no other.

I **did not** know that CCC was created to get away from Mr.Tueschen. Why was
this so? Is there a "history of CCC" (revisionist or otherwise :) that I can
read? For the neophyte I know the following to be true:

1. Bruce Moreland, Dann Corbin, Dr. Hyatt, Gian-Carlo Pascutto, and others
provide great insight on the theory of chess programming. This is true both
here and RGCC.

2. For some reasons unknown, Bruce Moreland and Dr. Hyatt are vehemently
disliked by some unknown persons who may be someone Chris W or Sean somebody.
Why this happens is unclear even though many words are written about some
affront, editting, or opinon. No matter why, the rancor is there.

3. Clearly, many people feel strongly about Rolf Tueschen, typically equally
vehemently disliking him. Why also remains unclear.

4. I took a zigzag route through a field not knowing the number of landmines
when I made a sincere recommendation (not nomination as Ms. Sara Bird rightfully
points out) for Mr. Tueschen because I **like** his "lets all calm down and let
bye gones be bye gones" recent written words.

In retrospect, I wish I had e-mailed him and asked if he actually wanted this
before doing so.

I actually do not like politics - I prefer to program. Logging on after a long
weekend I am surprised at the amount of comments on this topic.

Best regards,

Bob Green
