I think that one of the most interesting questions is number 6

"6. Is it true that there are a number of amateur chess players, rated around
2100, who would be able to beat all top programs under similar conditions?"

I guess that it would be better to ask:

Is there any program that can easily beat any 2100 player well prepared in
anticomputer chess?
Well my bet is that only a few programs would survive this, and I guess the best
candidates are still Rebel, Shredder, and Junior but not Fritz for sure. May be
Tiger.

I propose another question: is there any chess program that can stand a turing
test via ics agains a team of GMs-chess programmers?
And the anser is nost probably not.

regards
Franz
