Hi there, I posted these links a while back (two) with a single cpu & SMP version and it turns out the SMP version is faster on single cpu's anyway.. So here's the link. Anyone that downloaded "CraftyK7.zip" should redownload it as I put the SMP capable version in it's place. ftp://65.10.79.9/pub/crafty/CraftyK7.zip So far I have managed to go from 943Knps to 979Knps (single cpu tbird 1.61) and Slater Wold went from 1.02Mnps to 1.43Mnps on his dual Tbird 1.4 setup. I have no idea how this will run on an Intel machine.. Might even be slower. Anyway when you guys w/ AMD (and even intel) machines get the time I'd like to see a couple of benchmarks. Thanks The compiler options I used were with MSVC6 + SP4 & VCPP + Intel C compiler 5.0 I compiled with this first to make the exe to 'profile' it for my CPU. CFLAGS = /Ob2 /Og /Oi /Ot /Oy /G6 /Gf /Gr -Qunroll -Qprof_genx After I ran the benchmark and played a couple of games I recompile it with this. CFLAGS = /Ob2 /Og /Oi /Ot /Oy /G6 /Gf /Gr -Qunroll -Qprof_use
