I read that hiarcs is more materialistic than Junior when Fritz is in the middle
between these two programs.

I do not know what is the meaning of better positional style.
If the meaning is more realistic evaluation function then I do not think that
Hiarcs's evaluation is more realistic than Fritz's evaluation or Junior's
evaluation.
