What I´m trying to find out is: From the current top chess programs, which of
them could be considered the strongest in terms of usually building its
victories based on the accumulation of a lot of small positional advantages -
i.e. forcing weaknesses on the enemy position, such as holes, bad bishops,etc-
to the point where tactical maneuvers become obvious?
