23. Qe3+ Kh5 1-0 {Black resigns}

Black might actually be lost after the sac on move 15 (from
this position):

[D] rnb1kb1r/1pq2p1p/p4P2/4pP2/2B5/2NQ4/PPP2p1P/2KR3R w kq -

but I'm not sure. Crafty doesn't like this sac even after 30
minutes search. Crafty also takes a long time to find 17. Ne4+,
and it was still failing high after 30 minutes (on a PIII/733),
with a - score for White. By move 21, it sees White winning.

I'm not sure Black has a defense. In analysis mode, Crafty thought
18 .. Bb7 a mistake and prefers .. Bh6. But it still looks very
dangerous for Black. The whole attack is pretty impressive - White
is really ignoring material and going for the King, although Yace
doesn't generally seem to be a reckless sacrifier.
