I was involved in a game today where the following position came to be.

[D]2r1r3/5pnp/5k1n/p2qpb2/P2P3P/2B1QNR1/1PPK4/1R6 w

I played Qg5, and it seemed to give quite the advantage, as I was able to
capture both black knights without losing a piece.

Was there a better move?
