The first "-" directly behind the side to move describes the castling ability .
"-" means neither side can castle anymore.

The second "-" is for a possible en passant target square.
"An en passant target square is given if and only if the last move was a pawn
advance of two squares". "-" means no en passant target square is availlable
here.

The "0" says : there have been zero halfmoves since the last move that would
have reset the 50 move counter ( pawn move or capture).

Finally the "1" says it's the first move of the game/position for the side to
move that is presented here.
