Subject: The missing link adapter

There is an UCI to WinBoard adapter, there is a WinBoard to UCI adapter,
there is a WinBoard to ChessBase adapter, but where is the ChessBase to WinBoard
adapter ?

Since it was possible to code the other adapters , it can't be impossible to
code this missing adapter.

The ChessBase .eng files are in fact executables .exe
