Winboard protocol spec. and UCI prot. spec. are free and well known. Chessbase
specs are secret and as I have heard different from engine to engine - so if you
have for example a adapter for Fritz it might not work with Junior - and as long
as ChessBase stays with it's secret protocol spec. we will not see any
adapter... it's a shame... it's politics... :)
