It's hard for me to believe this power supply is going to deliver you
what you need for the motherboard. Please read the tyan homepage.

A 550 watts ATX is more in the direction of what you need.

400+ watts for sure. See the specifications they published there.
A cool power supply is for example what i put inside my P3 dual:

enermax eg651P-VE

also works for P4.
