slate..have you had any issues with the dual 1400?
errors? crashes? freezes?
did you get the Tyan S2460 Tiger MP AMD760MP motherboard?
with four ddr memory slots, what memory did you get? 2x256?
i think this has to be registered but can it be non ecc?
what brand memory did you get?
do you have the sound blaster live sound card? any issues?
are you using the AGP slot? any issues? that is what i have now,
so i would like to use some cards i have now.
a while back i bought the windows 2000 pro cd. i did this just to test
fritz6e with windows 2000. so i have my operating system. i havent
had any trouble with windows 2000. when you loaded your windows 2000,
was there any issues? whoops it just hit me you might be running linux.
oh well. if you have run win 2000 pro, let me know if there were any issues
loading operating system.
also do you like to lap your t-birds? i did on my 1200. i did not
lap my 1400. my 1400 runs cool.
i see where some guys are flashing their bios when they get their
new boards, did you? why?
once the bios is in, did you go with defaults?
is your agp card stable at 4x? did you lower this to 2x?
my case is standard atx. any motherboard clearance issues?
are all the deep programs windows 2000 compatible ?
i know i have to have 2000 for smp.
did you load a service pack? which service pack?
