I don't see that this subject has taken up at the other forum, but anyway, I think it has a very strong connection with relevant discussions on this board, about the same thing as if Kramnik or Kasparov etc. should play. My comment is that-Isn't the whole idea here based on Nigel Shorts assesment that Fischer is much better than Kasparov in speed chess, at this point in time? For that reason, perhaps he is a prefered candidate for defending human supremacy, atleast for speed chess!? S.Taylor
