I know openings that Crafty has a 90% winning winning record with, as opposed to Deep Fritz's 40% winning record. (With the same exact opening.) He is basing the result of the games, to the quality of the opening books. And playing Crafty vs Crafty is pointless, and can not prove much. Not that it can't prove anything, it can. But like I said, there is little weight to that proof. Slate
