Also, there is some debate as to what a solution is. If a program returns mate in 14 for the solution, and a won +5 for the second best move, is this position cooked? What if the solution is +5 and the cook is mate in 14? Are the both solutions, or is the mate in 14 the real solution, or what? I'm not that hot to do more work on this because the suite is too easy. bruce
