gprof with gcc does this, more or less, but it certainly isn't graphical. It
spews out lots of text. Not too hard to read, but can be long for a big program.
I don't know if any of the several MS-Windows versions of gcc works with gprof.
For Linux, BSD, most Unix flavours, it is fine.
