On a more serious note, if the CCL is going to be based on thousands of
games per week, one would expect the resulting elo ratings to be fairly
accurate, without much variation.

Once these 6 programs have acquired an order, at this size of
statistical sample, one would expect them to change positions only
occasionally.

I doubt, therefore, whether people will be watching this league avidly.

On the plus side, it should give us a very accurate view of the relative
strengths of the participating programs.
