Subject: OT: network question

Hi all,

anyone having an idea how all the Windows-OS act with the networks?
As you know I have two comps, on the one PC there is Windows98SE, on
the other there is Windows95b. This one I would like to change to a
more stable OS. I consider NT 4.0 and Windows 2000. The question is,
does Windows NT 4 (my favourite because of lowest system resource
needings and very stable) connect with the Win98SE PC? Does it make a difference
if I use NT4 Server or Workstation? Currently they are connected via
MS-Network (LAN). Or should I better take Win2000 because with this
system it will work and connect with Win98SE?

Any idea?
