SO I think it makes commercial sense. Due to my other duties, running a company, support of Chess Tiger, Gandalf etc. etc. I have no time any longer to put my time in porting the Rebel engine. I have tried 2 times and both failed because compiler problems. So whenever I have some time left to program I put my energy in the engine. It practically means Rebel never will see the Windows day-light. Still there is *little* hope as recently somebody offered to do the porting job for me using my sources. If the job can be done without much efforts from my side it will be done but somehow I doubt this is the case. I can't do multiple jobs in the 24 hours that are given to me but I can keep my company running and so now and then spend my time to improve Rebel. It is the result of the decission taken a few years ago to extend my business first with Chess Tiger and now with Gandalf. I know many people dislike DOS but there are still a bunch of people left who don't care and for them the latest Rebel will be availbale soon. Ed >Regards, > >Steve
