Oops - sorry my mistake.  I was assuming that if it didn't work under NT it
wouldn't work under W2K - my apologies.

That's a great pity.  DOS is nearly dead and I assume that this will kill the
Rebel engine in the not too distant future, as the sales will not justify the
development.

I hope it can happen.  From my point of view you wouldn't need all the bells and
whistles of Fritz et al - just a basic but solid interface.  If it had all of
the features of Palm Tiger I'd be more than happy.  Have you looked at C++
Builder or Delphi (www.borland.com)?  They can create complex apps quickly e.g.
Chess Assistant is written in Delphi.

Sure - please don't take my words as an attack or criticism - I'm a fan of
Rebel.  I'd just like to be able to use Rebel as a native Windows app and I'm
sure I'm not alone.

My only fear is that the pool of DOS tolerators is shrinking.  I just hope that
you don't come to the stage where the sales don't justify the development.
