The idea of a DOS program is wonderfull, but DOS itself is not wonderfull. I run
Windows 2000 and XP beta and hate Windows 2000 a little less than the two but
still if i have 192 MB i should be able to use more than 64MB comfortably
windows has way too much overhead and DOS doesn't use enough memory . You can
use Extended memory but i am talking about loading up something and not having
to have a .bat file with tons of flags to get best settings like for Mchess
i want to use a mouse and i don't need windows dll's loading up etc etc
But if i try mchess under windows in a dos box i lose a bit not so much ram and
it's self rating says it's many points weaker so i hardly ever use the program
anymore.

What we need is a better OS with more functions than DOS ...the power of unix
and the ease of windows 95.
