Belle was built in 1980.  It was _very_ strong for that time-period, and was
nearly impossible to beat for 3-4 years.  But that is 20+ years old.  I don't
quite understand the interest in it at this late date.  It has been sitting
in the Smithsonian for 10+ years now.  It would still pack a mean punch for
anyone rated under 2200.  And it would give 2200+ players a very difficult
time.  It did so in several huge USCF tournaments back then...
