:) no offence taken. I didn't buy the P4 for speed... I bought it for stability.
I got it two months ago and didn't crash once, unlike my older P3 733 or the
AMD's. I hear AMD's crash a lot. I have no backup for this though because I've
never used one. I like my P4 and btw, Crafty is the slowest on it. Most other
programs get about 1.5 to 1.7x the speed from p3 733, but crafty gets about 1.1
to 1.2x. Don't know why.
