i have seen shredder5 lose with this same opening before. shredder5 eval coming
out of book with the Ruy Lopez/Zaitsev variation, is about 1.5 pawns down.
now i see gambit tiger 2.0 loses with this same opening in this SSDF game.
gambit tiger is down about 1.3 after shredder plays 20...fxe4 at depth 17/34.

gambit tiger, even though it is down, sacs the rook with 21.Rxf6.
after the rook pawn exchange, here is the position after 21...gxf6.
shredder5 eval in this position is -1.75 at depth 17/34.

well in this next position white got what it wanted, the black king is
exposed, and looking eye to eye with the white queen. but without the
rook and the posibility of the queen exchange, white is down now 3+ points at
depth 17/30. usually too much to recover, even for a draw.
