I second that question, atleast regarding other machines. Oh no! not FIDE I meant ssdf. Against humans, It's very hard to estimate as an occasional informal game is not a reliable indication as the human might not be fully competitively motivated. Only in strict tournaments or matches or by us guessing! S.Taylor
