Well, yeah, but you're certain you'll get the improvement and it
takes less mental effort than actually improving the program.

If you're going to play a tournament, it's logical to look for
the best hardware that you can get. It's a negligible investment in
time that is certain to pay off.

Now, how much were those new Palominos again?
