However, I don't think that Alpha's get the 1.7x ~ 1.9x speedup that x86 systems do. If they did, you're looking at about 1.6M nps on Crafty. And my 2x1.4Ghz hits about 1.4M now. And this is a 667mhz system. :) Slate
