I can't really respond to that statement.  All I can say is that from
observing _many_ games, I don't see it do anything that Crafty doesn't do.
And there _are_ a few things that Crafty knows that it either doesn't know,
or else appears to not know.

It seems very good, I agree.  Whether it is better or worse than Crafty, I
don't have any firm evidence to say yes or no.

I don't know if source code is available.  If so, it should be pretty simple
to compare them in detail...
