This is a very interesting rating list! A bit too interesting perhaps! Anyway, Junior looks like it is clearly not the top, whereas GT 2 looks like it might be the strongest, as 6 points is not very significant, and both DF and GT margins of error are quite big. Anyone who is looking in particular for the strongest and is strictly mathematically minded, should not buy anything yet, because quite a few still might be the very strongest-absolutely. But those who are interested in what's PROBABLY the strongest can safely go in for Deep Fritz or GT. What? Deep Fritz??? So I should have got it a year ago when it came out! Ah! but even Fritz 7.0 didn't do too well against Junior 7.0. It lost the first 5 games in a row! And since GT seems to be better at longer time controls, it looks "deep" as it is!
