I read almost all the postings here every day, but most of them i am not
qualified to reply to, i have only been an active member 1 year or so. 2 years
ago i did not even know how to install a program on my then P133 mhz 16 MB
computer. Some posts however interesting they might be by default, have no
interest to me, in the sense that i don't fully understand them or find them
truly uninteresting :).
Currently i am mostly interested in commercial engines and their respective
srength, style etc. and i use this forum as a source for that purpose, if there
is some topics that i can contibute on/with i happily do so and my biggest wish
is to someday program my own engine, thus i went out and bought Borland c++
builder 5.0 in the hope that it would be easy LOL (keep i in mind my knowledge
of computers 2 years ago) i know now that it is a really hard task and that i
have to gradually get aquainted with everything compchess has to offer in terms
of knowledge, and with that in mind i would like to point out that i have come a
long way just from reading posts here and getting in to the "right" frame of
mind in order to achieve my goal, even though i only reply to 10% of the posts i
read, i learn from most of those i read.

Jonas
