It's statistically possible to throw a golf ball over the empire state building.

It's statistically possible to be struck by lightning twice in two years in a
row on exactly the same day of the year and at the same time.

This is on the order of the same level of probability.

It's possible that the guy is some super-genius.  But I doubt it.
