Chess Tiger 14.6 is now an old version by my standards. I played with 14.6 in
the recent tournaments because the current version is going through some
important changes, and it still needs to be tuned before it gets really
efficient.
So to answer your question, the version that played in the recent tournaments is
not close to Tiger 15.
