Yace is right. I wish I had the KPPKP EGTB in my head!

Very impressive. (I eventually spotted this line when I realised that
I had confused the position with the pawns blocked on h3/h4 with the
similar position with the pawns blocked on h2/h3.)


So is 1...Kf6 (mate in 33?) better than 1...h5 in the original position?

I can see that all the good things that people have been saying about Yace and
pawn endgames must be true. Thanks for putting me right on this one!
