If you do not allow White to comeback to a4 it is not a win. For instance, Black should play 1...Bb6 and Ka7 <-> Ka8 back and forth. Any computer that selects Kb3 as a first move is not seeing how to win. They might see that it wins the pawn in f6, which is irrelevant in this position. You can take it out and nothing changes, but some engines make black to play Bxf4 (which is a huge blunder) and see a win. Regards, Miguel
