The only thing that is clear to me is that after 19.Bb3 white is losing.
I am not sure about previous moves.
I am also not sure that black has the advantage and the fact that tal believes
that black has the advantage even after 18.Ne2 does not convince me.
The position at move 18 of white is unclear(this means that I have no opinion
which side is better without more investigations).
I believe that black is better after 18.Nxe6 but white has practical chances
by better moves than 19.Bb3
White can play 19.d4 instead of 19.Bb3 and Junior7 changes it's mind from Bb3 to
d4 after enough time.
After a line like 19.d4 Rxf1+ 20.Qxf1 Bxd4 21.exd4 Qxd4+ 22.Qf2 Qxa4 23.b3
White is a pawn down but it is still better than the game and I am not sure if
white is losing the game after 19.d4
I remember that Junior had similiar line after some hours on p200(I am not sure
if it wanted to play 22.Qf2)
