I would add to your list KRN vs. KR. This is also rather common (at least in the search tree), and it might be useful, to see the exceptional cases, where this is not draw. I have no idea, how an evaluation function could see this (fast). Some other difficult cases (that are not so common) may be KBBKN, KBBKQ and the other combinations of minor pieces instead of BB in the last one mentioned. Perhaps also KQBKQ and KQNKQ. Then perhaps also KPPKN, KPPKB and KNNKP. Regards, Dieter
