Some questions (some of them obvious, but I have to ask):

1) Does the program actually CRASH when you attempt to load the database, or
does it merely show no games (or bad data)?

2) How many games were in the PGN file that you used to create the database?

3) What version of Windows are you running?

4) How much free space was on your hard drive before AND after making the
database?

5) When you created the database, did it appear to load all of the games and
display them properly?
