Download Chess Tiger from PalmGear (if you do not have it already):

  http://www.palmgear.com/software/showsoftware.cfm?prodID=16381

Check Chess Tiger's clock against a real stopwatch. If Chess Tiger counts the
time too slowly, decrease your Palm's overclocking and run Chess Tiger's "speed
test" (so it tries to adjust its clock). Run the test again until Chess Tiger
and your stopwatch agree.
