Subject: GLC 2.15 has a bug! -- version 2.15b now released

I'm afriad that there was a minor bug in v2.15.

GLC 2.15 failed to correctly set up positions (under WinBoard) where it is black
to move.

Thanks to Brice Boissel for pointing this out to me.

I have fixed this bug, and now v2.15b is available from my site.
