I can load 192 meg hash with F6 interface but i have 320meg of system ram
If you add up what the engine wants 192 hash 4 tb cache and standard system
overhead for the F6 interface and Tiger program, 256 system ram may not be
enough. Could be your Windows swap file is set too small also.

P.S. I play with 96meg hash only, 192 meg causes system lockups for me
