Maybe an even more efficient way would be for someone to offer the collection for sale. The tablebases are freeware, so there shouldn't be any legal difficulties, as long as the person only charges for postage, the cost of the blank CDs and a "reasonable" amount of copying time, should there? $20 to $25 for the lot?
