Subject: Crafty FTP site

What's wrong with the Crafty FTP site?
The download speed is 2.01 Kb while it used to be <10 Kb.
I tried everything : IE copy to folder, open, MDownload 5threads , 10 threads,
SmartFTP, but the download speed remains low.
