That's a little harsh - it's actually established theory.
In "My 60 Memorable Games", (commenting on the game Gligoric-Fischer),
Fischer gives his move an exclamation mark.
After 14. Qh6, Fischer recommends 14...Kh8 15. g5 Rg8 which (Fischer says)
"refutes White's strategy".
