I'm not convinced Black can win.

Here's some analysis with the help of Fritz 6 (AMD 1.2):

1...Qb8 2.Kg1! Nh2

   [2...Ba3? 3.Qxa3! Rh8 4.Qe7! Rh1+ 5.Kxh1 Rh8+ 6.Kg1;
    2...Bb4 3.Kxf1!
      (3.Bxb4?? Rh8 4.g7
         (4.Rxc4+ dxc4 5.Bf8!
            (5.g7?? Rh1+ 6.Kxh1 Rh8+)
          5...Rcxf8 6.g7 Rfg8!
            (6...Rh1+? 7.Kxh1 Rh8+ 8.Kg1)
          7.Qxb6+ Qxb6 8.Rxb6+ Kxb6 9.gxh8Q Rxh8 10.Bxc4 Nd2-+;
       4...Rh1+ 5.Kxh1 Rh8+ 6.Kg1 Qc8 7.gxh8Q Qxh8;
    3...Rh8 4.Ke1]

3.dxc4!

   [3.Kxh2? Bc5!
      (3...Bb4? 4.Qxb4 Rh8+ 5.Kg1 Rh1+ 6.Kxh1 Rh8+ 7.Kg1 Rh1+ 8.Kxh1 Qh8+ 9.Kg1
b5 10.Qa3+-;
       3...Ba3? 4.Qxa3 Rh8+ 5.Kg1 Rh1+ 6.Kxh1 Rh8+ 7.Kg1 Rh1+ 8.Kxh1 Qh8+ 9.Kg1
Qh3 10.Rxb6+ Kxb6 11.Rb1+ Kc6 12.Qxa6+ Kd7 13.Rb7+ Kd8 14.Qd6+ Ke8 15.Qe7#)
    4.dxc4 Rh8+ 5.Kg1 Rh1+ 6.Kxh1 Rh8+ 7.Kg1 Rh1+ 8.Kxh1 Qh8+ 9.Kg1 Qh3-+]

3...Bc5

   [3...Ng4 4.cxd5+ Kd7 5.Qxb6]

4.cxd5+ Kd7 5.Qc2

The problem seems to be that ...Nh2 gets in the way of Black's attack, and other
moves allow White to launch a counter-attack or get his Queen to e7, from which
it can block on h7 (supported by a Pawn on g7).
