After Qb8, here is what The Crazy Bishop sees:

I'm a chess idiot, so take this with a grain of salt...
If black has any way to win at all (he's behind and that's for sure anyway) then
he has to be willing to give up the knight, the bishop (and the rooks too) and
eventually win by cramming attackers down the open h-file slot. The black pawn
has got to stay on f3, too (I think). I see the sequence {something} like this:

[D]2rr1b2/8/ppkq1pP1/3pp3/2p5/2BPPpP1/BQ3P2/1RRN1n1K b - -
[D]1qrr1b2/8/ppk2pP1/3pp3/2p5/2BPPpP1/BQ3P2/1RRN1n1K w - -
[D]1qrr1b2/8/ppk2pP1/3pp3/2p5/2BPPpP1/BQ3P2/1RRN1nK1 b - -
[D]1qrr4/8/ppk2pP1/3pp3/2p5/b1BPPpP1/BQ3P2/1RRN1nK1 w - -
[D]1qrr4/8/ppk2pP1/3pp3/2p5/Q1BPPpP1/B4P2/1RRN1nK1 b - -
[D]1qr4r/4Q3/ppk2pP1/3pp3/2p5/2BPPpP1/B4P2/1RRN1nK1 b - -
[D]1qr5/4Q3/ppk2pP1/3pp3/2p5/2BPPpP1/B4P2/1RRN1nKr w - -
[D]1qr5/4Q3/ppk2pP1/3pp3/2p5/2BPPpP1/B4P2/1RRN1n1K b - -
[D]1q5r/4Q3/ppk2pP1/3pp3/2p5/2BPPpP1/B4P2/1RRN1n1K w - -
[D]1q5r/4Q3/ppk2pP1/3pp3/2p5/2BPPpP1/B4P2/1RRN1nK1 b - -
[D]1q6/4Q3/ppk2pP1/3pp3/2p5/2BPPpP1/B4P2/1RRN1nKr w - -
[D]1q6/4Q3/ppk2pP1/3pp3/2p5/2BPPpP1/B4P2/1RRN1n1K b - -
[D]7q/4Q3/ppk2pP1/3pp3/2p5/2BPPpP1/B4P2/1RRN1n1K w - -

Unfortunately, white seems to have a kick save (and a beauty) which stops the
black queen from saving the day:
[D]7q/7Q/ppk2pP1/3pp3/2p5/2BPPpP1/B4P2/1RRN1n1K b - -

So there must be some way to keep white's queen from that dastardly deed if the
position is to work.

On the other hand, I may completely misunderstand the whole idea!
;-)
