It seems that I was wrong here and Qd2 is not a simple win.

Black has a defence g5 and I do not see mate in 10 for white
Chassmaster and Deep Fritz have also no idea about mate in 10 after 1.Qd2 g5
I simply did not look at the position for a long time and missed the simple
defence g5.
after 1.Qd2 g5 Deep fritz see only 1.xx for white
