Hi,
PocketFritz makes around 4000 nps on Compaq ipaq analysing the start position.
I started my pc without 2nd level cache and Shredder5.32. Then I use the utility
turbo which can slow down the PC. I slowed it down till Shredder5.32 also
reached about 4000-5000 nps.
With the same configuration I started ChessTiger 14.0. It runs at 9000 to 10000
nps an start position.
ChessTiger on a Palm overclocked with 54Mhz reaches around 800 nps.
Werner
